Create New Genesis Simple FAQs

After you’ve installed and activated the Genesis Simple FAQs plugin, there will be a new Simple FAQs option available in the left side menu.

Go to Simple FAQs > Add New to create a new FAQ.



  1. Title: Enter the frequently asked question. Example: How do I use this plugin?
  2. Content: Enter the answer to the frequently asked question. The answer can contain text, images, or anything else you’d like to include.
  3. Categories: Add a new category or select an existing category for this question. This step is optional, but is helpful in organizing your FAQs if there are a large number of them. See FAQ Categories for more details.
  4. Click Publish to save this FAQ.
